The house is the last house in the small picturesque town Callian, on the way out of town and up the hill.
There is just 2 min walking to the local square where the church, a few restaurants and cafes provide the perfect authentic Provincial atmosphere. There is also a butcher, a grocer, a pharmacy and a hairdresser in Callian.

The house has a lovely secluded terrace and a large plot with olive trees, that goes down into the valley and offers a beautiful view.

The house consists of 2 apartments;

La Fournée; Space for 2 (+2 persons on the couch), 60 m2 with terrace and stunning views.
Includes, kitchen, living room with beautiful original fireplace, couch (convertible double bed), dining area with seating for 4 people,  kitchen with direct access to terrace, bedroom and bathroom with tub.

La Cave, Space 2 (+2persons on couch), 50 m2 with terrace and fantastic panoramic views over the valley, includes kitchen, living room with couch (convertible double bed) , dining area with seating for 4  kitchen has direct access to large terrace, bedroom and bathroom.

The apartments are closely linked and are therefore well suited to accustom 2 couples or, 2 generations. The house gives the opportunity, for 2 couples to spend the holiday together but still have the opportunity to retreat.
