The house is located in the hinterland of the Côte d'Azur, 20 minutes northwest of Nice and very close to the cities along the coast, the beaches and the international airport. The villa is located on a very quiet area with practically no traffic.

The house is Southwest oriented. Direct access from the lounge to a large terrace and pool area with 3 large, automatic sun blinds where you will find shadow during the warm summer days.
From the lounge, bedrooms and terraces have lovely view to the sea.
Ground level: Entrance hall med toilet. Large combined living and dining room, large glazed doors giving access to the pool area, terrace and loggia. From the dining area open access to the kitchen, with balcony and access to the loggia. The loggia has a built in barbeque, dining table and view to the sea.
