Tradition and renewal

Since its inception in 2001, 2Provence has dealt with the rental of properties in the region. We work both with holiday lets as well as long term rentals for professional tenants.

The firm has continuously expanded the number of rentals and taken over other bureaus and we now have a large and varied selection of quality rentals in the area. The biggest expansions have taken place via the purchase of the rentals department of the Real Estate agents Smed Nielsen in Callian and the takeover of the firm Provence Vacances.

2Provence is privileged to have a stable client base, who have fallen in love with Provence and return year after year to enjoy the area. Our rental activities are supported by our website, which contains lots of images and detailed presentations to tempt new clients to try our properties. Rental agreements are continually developed with Danish firms both as employee agreements as well as rentals through staff associations. We have extensive knowledge of Internet marketing and the rentals market and would be happy to help to increase the rental period for your property and thereby the income opportunities through a targeted and effective effort.

The practicalities

All property owners want frequent rentals and financial security with minimum effort. 2Provence offers all of this. We live in the area ourselves and have the necessary local network of artisans in all disciplines and a close collaboration with the service bureau Riviera First Business with Marcus Umlauf in Le Cannet.

2Provence is always interested in new quality properties in the Provence and Cote d’ Azur region for rentals.

We have the biggest demand for quality properties with 6-12 beds, preferably with a pool. But if you have a charming property with a unique position or an interesting history, we would also be interested in talking about the possibilities. We aim to offer a diverse selection of rental properties of a high quality in the Provence region from the coastal towns of Nice to St. Maxime and about 50 km into the hinterland.

2Provence is owned and run by Anette and Jacob Teglovn. We are Danish, but live and work in the region and have direct contact to both landlords and tenants, so we provide a personal service at all levels.
